Nicole was born in a small town on the eastern shore of Maryland and moved to Baltimore in 2005. Her life has been an adventurous one, including numerous world tours with her band to over 30 countries. Nicole is also a fitness expert with over 12 years in the industry and 5 years as a Fitness and Wellness Director. She purchased her first investment property in the charming neighborhood of Hamilton, where she currently resides. From that point on, she knew real estate was a true passion and that Baltimore would be her forever home.
